Web Design Extraordinaire
Who am I?
I am a 21 year old student currently living in Sydney, Australia. My goal to someday create web based experiences that are new and exciting, with technology constantly evolving I want to take things to new places and explore the possibilites of web based media. The web plays an enormous role in how we opoerate as a society, I think that by making websites function in new ways, making them function more effectively/efficiently, the ways in which we communicate with others and how we experience the internet can be made more fun and enjoyable. I think for now there are a lot of things we can address in how websites operate, many misconstrue good design for merely the appearance of a site - but there is so much more to it.
A good website needs to fit it's user, writting on the web needs to be ideal for the modern day web browser. When it comes to creating an effective website, templates and graphics are not enough. A website shouldn't just look good, a website should be an experience tailored towards the intentions of the user. For now I have just started my journey towards learning everything I need to know, but here is where I plan to keep record of everything I learn along the way.
